Victoria's Secret is the first of two annual races put on by Bruce and his staff at Hub Cycle. The race is held in Victoria Park, which is located in the heart of Truro, Nova Scotia. Victoria Park is a 1000 acre park that features walking, cycling, and running paths.
The course it self consists of a 8 km loop with a good mix of climbs, single track and downhills, and in only two years has grown to be one of the largest races of the series. Last years attendance set a new record for attendance at a provicial point series race. The date for this years race is June 11, 2000 and we expect an even larger turnout this year.
This years course also features a few changes including a "North Shore" style ladder bridge, and a couple of new sections just to keep it interesting!
Cost:
- The cost is $25 for sport, expert, and elite riders
- All other categories are $15
- Don't forget to bring your number plate and your BNS card
Note:
- If you you are not a member of BNS you will need to purchase a one day licence and number plate before you will be allowed to race
- The cost for a one day licence is $13 plus the one time charge of $5 for a number plate
